The filled capsules of Qarshi, a well-known and trusted name in herbal healthcare products, were successfully qualified through our irradiation process to ensure they meet the required safety standards. During the qualification process, the capsules were exposed to a carefully controlled radiation dose to check whether the treatment is suitable for the product. The results showed that the selected dose effectively reduced microbial contamination without affecting the quality, color, or physical condition of the capsules. This confirms that the irradiation process is compatible with the filled capsules helping ensure that the product remains safe, hygienic, and ready for further packaging and distribution while maintaining its original quality.
