Embryo freezing straws were received from American Fertility Center, Rawalpindi, for the purpose of gamma irradiation sterilization. These specialized medical-grade straws, used for the preservation and storage of embryos in assisted reproductive procedures, require strict sterilization to ensure complete elimination of microbial contamination. The products were processed at a validated radiation dose of 25 kGy, in accordance with international sterilization standards, to maintain product integrity
